Beet Goat Cheese Salad

Ingredients:
- 2 cups mixed greens
- 1/2 tablespoons red onion, thinly sliced
- 2-3 tablespoons goat cheese, coarsely crumbled
- 3 tablespoons water
- 3 tablespoons Beet CRYSTALS
Instructions:
- Place mixed greens on a serving plate.
- Sprinkle red onion and goat cheese over mixed greens.
- Stir Beet CRYSTALS with water in a mixing bowl.
- Drizzle Beet CRYSTALS on top of salad.
- Chill or serve immediately.
- Enjoy.
Tips, Suggestions & Enhancements:
- Tip – drizzle with olive oil & balsamic paste as a salad dressing and add cracked black pepper & himalyan salt to taste.
- Suggestion – use arugula, baby chard and micro greens.
- Enhancement – add Kale and/ or Spinach CRYSTALS (Note: flavors vary with each vegetable).
