Cranberry Tuna Salad

Ingredients:
- 1/4 cup mayo
- 1 teaspoon dijon mustard
- 1 can of tuna
- 2 rib celery, finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons red onion, finely chopped
- 3 tablespoons pickle, finely chopped
- 1/8 teaspoon cinnamon
- 2 tablespoons Cranberry CRYSTAL
Instructions:
- Combine mayo with dijon into a mixing bowl.
- Add tuna, celery, red onion and pickle.
- Stir in cinnamon with Cranberry CRYSTALS into the mixture.
- Serve immediately or cool in the fridge.
- Enjoy.
Tips, Suggestions & Enhancements:
- Tip – convert it into a tuna melt and/ or dress it up with your favorite toppings, i.e. avocado and/or sauerkraut.
- Suggestion – use wild salmon as a substitute for tuna.
- Enhancement – change it up with Granny Smith Apple CRYSTALS (Note: flavors vary with each fruit).
