Cranberry Tuna Salad

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup mayo
  • 1 teaspoon dijon mustard
  • 1 can of tuna
  • 2 rib celery, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons red onion, finely chopped
  • 3 tablespoons pickle, finely chopped
  • 1/8 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoons Cranberry CRYSTAL

Instructions:

  1. Combine mayo with dijon into a mixing bowl. 
  2. Add tuna, celery, red onion and pickle.
  3. Stir in cinnamon with Cranberry CRYSTALS into the mixture.
  4. Serve immediately or cool in the fridge. 
  5. Enjoy.

Tips, Suggestions & Enhancements:

  • Tip – convert it into a tuna melt and/ or dress it up with your favorite toppings, i.e. avocado and/or sauerkraut.
  • Suggestion – use wild salmon as a substitute for tuna.
  • Enhancement – change it up with Granny Smith Apple CRYSTALS (Note: flavors vary with each fruit).
