Broccoli Pesto

Ingredients:
- 1 cup fresh basil leaves
- 2 tablespoons pecans
- 1 garlic clove, peeled
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/2 cup parmigiano reggiano cheese, grated
- 3 tablespoons Broccoli CRYSTALS
Instructions:
- With a food processor, pulse basil leaves, pecans, garlic.
- Slowly pour olive oil into mixture until smooth.
- Briefly combine cheese and Broccoli CRYSTALS.
- Store in the refrigerator or serve immediately.
- Enjoy.
Tips, Suggestions & Enhancements:
- Tip – store pesto for a couple of days.
- Suggestion – use unsalted dry toasted pecan pieces.
- Enhancement – change it up with Kale and/ or Spinach CRYSTALS (Note: flavors vary with each vegetable).
