Mango Chili Guacamole

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 lime, juiced
  • 1 teaspoon chili pepper, seeded, deveined & finely chopped
  • 1 avocado, peeled, pitted & mashed
  • 2 green onion, finely chopped
  • 3 tablespoons Mango CRYSTALS
  • small handful of fresh cilantro, finely chopped 
  • salt to taste

Instructions:

  1. Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl.
  2. Chill or serve immediately. 
  3. Enjoy.

Tips, Suggestions & Enhancements:

  • Tip – mix in lime juice with chili pepper.
  • Suggestion –  spice it up with fermented crushed Calabrian chili pepper and add speciality salt, i.e. Himalayan.
  • Enhancement – change it up with Peach or Pineapple CRYSTALS (Note: flavors vary with each fruit).
