Kale Smoothie

Ingredients:
- 4 ice cubes (equivalent to 1 cup)
- 1 1/2 cup liquid of your choice (water, coconut water)
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice, freshly squeezed
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon fresh ginger root, minced
- 1 handful of fresh cilantro (equivalent to 1/4 cup)
- 2-3 tablespoons Kale CRYSTALS
Instructions:
- Place all the ingredients in a high speed blender.
- blend until smooth.
- Serve immediately.
- Enjoy.
Tips, Suggestions & Enhancements:
- Tip – place ice cubes and liquid into blender first.
- Suggestion – use coconut water with aloe vera juice for liquid of choice.
- Enhancement – add 1 teaspoon Blueberry CRYSTALS and/ or 1/2 teaspoon Aronia Berry (Note: flavors vary with each fruit).
