Cauliflower Wild Rice
Serves: 4
Prep Time: 5 minutes
Cook Time: 30 minutes
Total Time: 35 minutes
Ingredients:
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 shallot, finely chopped
- 2 cups of water
- 1 cup rice
- 1 sprig thyme, minced
- 2 tablespoons Cauliflower CRYSTALS
Instructions:
- Melt butter in a small saucepan at medium heat.
- Sautée shallot.
- Add water to a boil.
- Stir in rice to cook on medium-high heat.
- Reduce heat to simmer, cover with a saucepan lid.
- Cook until water is absorbed and rice is tender.
- Remove from heat to rest.
- Mix thyme & Cauliflower CRYSTALS into rice.
- Enjoy.
