Peach Vinaigrette

Ingredients:

  • 4 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons raw apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • 1/4 teaspoon Himalayan salt
  • 2 tablespoons Peach CRYSTALS

Instructions:

  1. Whisk all ingredients in a mixing bowl.
  2. Drizzle peach vinaigrette on your choice of salad.
  3. Enjoy.

Tips, Suggestions & Enhancements:

  • Tip – place peach vinaigrette in the fridge for a couple of minutes to allow the tangy flavor of fruit to come forward.

Granny Smith Apple Cinnamon Oatmeal​

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup liquid of your choice (water, milk, or milk substitute)
  • 1 cup oats
  • 1/8 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons Granny Smith Apple CRYSTALS

 

Instructions:

  1. Place liquid of choice In a saucepan to boil. 
  2. Reduce heat to low and combine oats, stirring occasionally until mixture thickens.
  3. Turn heat off to cool slightly (minimum 2 minutes).
  4. Add cinnamon with Granny Smith Apple CRYSTALS into the mixture.
  5. Serve immediately.
